Search for Committee Participants

The search participants functionality is different from the find participants functionality. The find participants functionality is the same as the normal find function found throughout nNetForum The search participants functionality allows you to search for participants within a specified committee.

This topic covers using the Search Participants icon found on the Committee Profile.

Using the Search Participants Link

To use the search participants link, complete the following steps;

  1. Go to the CommitteeProfile.
  2. Click the Links profile menu bar and then click the SearchParticipants link from the displayed menu. The CommitteeSearch page appears.

Note: The CommitteeSearch page is specifically tailored for the committee whose profile you were viewing when you clicked the SearchParticipants link. You can search by participant name and/or participant status. When using this page you are only searching for participants within that committee.

  1. To search for a participant by name, enter their name in the Name field.
  2. To search for participant's by status, click the appropriate status check box. You can click multiple check boxes if desired.
  3. Click the Search button. A list of participants matching your search criteria appears.

  4. To perform another search for participants on this committee, click the Search Again button and repeat the steps listed above.
